Our annual Presbytery Day Conference was held on Saturday 9th May in Crumlin EPC with over 100 members and friends in attendance.

It was a great day, marked by close fellowship & excellent teaching from our guest speaker, Rev Prof David McKay. David spoke to us very warmly on ‘Great certainties’ from Romans 8, encouraging us with the security of God’s love & commitment to us in Christ.

In our business meeting of Presbytery, we had the joy of hearing from delegates from the EPCEW (Falko Drijhuit) and Reformed Presbyterian Church in Ireland (Rev John Coates). It was a joy to hear how God is at work in other places, and to be informed to pray more effectively. Our outgoing Moderator, Rev Dr Robert Beckett gave a short overview of the past year, and formally installated our new Moderator, Rev Dr Neil Beatson. Dr Beatson spoke on his hopes for the year ahead as Moderator.

The day was marked by good teaching and warm fellowship.
